Guidelines For Parents

Close co-operation between home and school is absolutely essential for the harmonious development of the child.

1. Parents should peruse the school Diary and make due endorsements making use of its various provisions.

2. Changes in the address of parents must be intimated to the school in writing immediately.

3. Parents are therefore requested to attend without fail the Parent-Teacher meetings conducted twice a year. This is to enable the exchange of useful information between the Parents and Teachers.

4. Parents are invited personally to monitor the performance of their wards and take appropriate measures. Tuitions should not be encouraged indiscriminately.

5. The school takes no responsibility for arranging tuitions for the students outside school hours.

6. Parents are the responsibility to get known from their wards the instruction and circulars being issued from time to time and make due acknowledgments in the diary.

7. if the progress card is lost, a duplicate will have to be obtained by paying the penalty of Rs. 100/-

8. If the student happens to be detained in a class he/she will have no provision to continue on the roll of the school for third detention in the same or higher class. They will be automatically issued Transfer certificate.

9. The co-operation of all parents is expected ensuring the students regular attendance, good behaviour, execution of assignments and compliance of school instruction. 10. The decision of the Principal is final with regard to admissions and promotions.

11. The school authorities will not hold themselves responsible for any untoward incident or accidents beyond their control.

12. If a parents desires to withdraw a child from the school towards the end of anacademic year, he/she should submit an application seeking Transfer Certificatebefore 30th April of the year.

This School Diary must be brought to the class daily and the Assignments given must be noted down by the students. Parents are requested to go through the Diary and Initial them daily. The rules and regulations will be implemented strictly. Generally there will not be any change in the dates of activities. Extend your fullest co-operation in getting the desired results.
