About School

Malar Nursery and Primary School is located at 3rd cross Chakra Nagar in the heart of Velur town. Our school is affiliated to State Board of School Education, Tamil Nadu This Educational Institution was established on 9th October 2008. It caters to the need of the changing society maintaining high standard of education. The school is administered by VENKATESWARA EDUCATIONAL TRUST which is governed by Sri. M. Palaniappan the President, Smt. Suseela Rajendran the Vice President, Sri. R. Kandasamy the Correspondent and Secretary, Smt. Tamilselvi Thangaraju the Joint Secretary, Sri. K.R. Venkatachalam the Treasurer. The medium of instruction is English.

Three language formula is followed with compulsory Hindi either as second language or third language.The curriculum includes Indian languages, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Physical Education, Drawing and Painting (are made compulsory subjects). Our school has facilities for providing recreation and physical education and also conducting Social, Moral and Cultural programmes for the development of the students and for safeguarding their health.
